All yoga classes at Prasanna Yoga are tailored to suit your individual needs, as well as the group dynamic. With years of experience creating yoga classes in Shepparton for students of all abilities and levels, we love sharing our gift with people from all walks of life.
Throughout each yoga class, Tattwadarshi, otherwise known as Kate, will provide options in each pose and corrections to your techniques. All of our yoga classes will include a variety of pranayama, asana, and various other yoga practices. Towards the end of the class, Prasanna Yoga will provide a deep relaxation and meditation session.
Our yoga classes are held in the afternoons and evenings, and we have a Saturday morning class to kick start your weekend . If you are a beginner, Kate will guide you through your first yoga experience, ensuring that you will come away from our class feeling relaxed and most importantly great within yourself.
