At Prasanna Yoga, our specially trained yoga instructor dedicates her time to creating yoga classes that are suitable for many levels of experience. Kate strives to make her classes uplifting, fun and energising, and firmly believes that yoga can be incorporated into anybody’s everyday life. 

As a qualified yoga instructor, Kate has helped students from across Shepparton, Mooroopna and Kialla feel good about themselves, and find peace, harmony, and balance in both body and mind.

INTRODUCING KATE HALL (TATTWADARSHI)

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years. I began practicing yoga to try something different in keeping my body healthy, and found it created a sense of calmness, happiness and peace of mind that I had never felt before. 

Soon after my first yoga experience, I started practicing yoga every day. 

Ten years ago, I began teaching under the guidance of my mentor teachers as part of my Diploma of Yoga Teacher Training with the International Yoga Teachers Association. In 2008, I graduated and began teaching as a qualified yoga instructor. Since then, yoga has been a huge part of my daily life.

Through the birth of my children and throughout the ups and downs life brings, yoga has been a source of strength and stability. I am currently studying a two-year Graduate Diploma at Satyananda Yoga Training, as well as teaching students of all abilities at Prasanna Yoga. 

My teachings include a holistic view of all traditional yogic practices, including all eight limbs and philosophy of all forms of yoga.
